We produce every order in Guadalajara, Jalisco. In the Guadalajara metro area you can pick it up for $20.00 (free from $750.00) at any of the 11 Casa Blanca branches, about 4-6 business days after you approve your proof. Anywhere else in Mexico, it ships by courier for $199.00 (free from $750.00).
Pickup branches: Juárez (matriz), Aviación, Periférico Norte, Sur, Oblatos, Tetlán, Tonalá, Tlaquepaque-Parían, Tlajomulco, Tesistán, Zapopan Centro.

Yes. Before sending anything to print, we send you a digital proof of the letterhead so you can approve it or ask for adjustments, at no extra cost.

It's white bond paper, Half Letter size (14 × 21.5 cm), the most commonly used size for medical prescription pads in Mexico. If your office needs any additional specification (folio number, barcode, etc.), let us know when you request a quote.
We do not issue invoices (CFDI). Your receipt is the order confirmation email. If you need one for your office or clinic, message us on WhatsApp before paying.
