Everything is made to order: usually 3-5 days of production after you approve your digital proof, plus 2-5 days of home delivery. Have a deadline? Message us and we'll confirm.

Yes, if you're in Guadalajara or the metro area, you can choose pickup at a Casa Blanca branch for $20 MXN (free on orders of $750 MXN or more) instead of home delivery ($199 MXN, also free from $750 MXN). At checkout you pick whichever of the 11 ZMG branches works best for you; we'll let you know via WhatsApp and email as soon as your order is ready, along with the proof you need to show at the branch to pick it up.

Yes, $199 MXN anywhere in Mexico, but it's free on orders of $750 MXN or more. Pickup at Casa Blanca (Guadalajara) costs $20 MXN and is also free on orders of $750 MXN or more.

Only for defective items, since everything is made to order with your design. You have 48 hours from when your package arrives to let us know; the item is shipped back (return shipping is on you) and you choose a refund or having the item sent again.

We do not issue invoices (CFDI). Your receipt is the order confirmation email. If your company needs an invoice, message us on WhatsApp before paying so we can look at it with you.

It's the same prescription pad either way. The $320 option is for when you already have your design ready in an editable format and we just print it; the $400 option includes us designing the letterhead with you from scratch.

Full name, professional license number, specialty, and whatever contact details you want on the letterhead (office address, phone, hours). If you have a logo, send it over: if not, we'll help you create a simple one for the letterhead.

Yes. Before sending anything to print, we send you a digital proof of the letterhead so you can approve it or ask for adjustments, at no extra cost.

It's white bond paper, Half Letter size (14 × 21.5 cm), the most commonly used size for medical prescription pads in Mexico. If your office needs any additional specification (folio number, barcode, etc.), let us know when you request a quote.

Yes: pick a quick amount from the list (50, 75, 100, 125...) or type the exact number you need, from 50 pieces. Adding the same product again adds to the pieces already in your cart.

The first 100 pieces are $300 ($3.00 each). Go past 100 and you unlock wholesale pricing: every extra piece is $2.70, 10% off. For example, 150 pieces is $435 and 300 pieces is $840.
